At SMART Design Custom we are committed to giving preference to suppliers who purchase their wood from forests managed in a responsible way.
A selection of our products are available for shipping within Canada. Shipping details will be indicated on each individual product.
Although most of our items are shipped in Canada we're happy to make arrangements to ship internationally.

Should you receive a shipment that is damaged we would be happy to look into this for you. Please contact us at info@smartdesigncustom.com within 7 business days of receiving the package.
Because all SMART Design Custom products are made-to-order, payment is required upfront when placing your order.
Every effort has been made to represent the true colours found in our photos; however, slight variations may occur as we work with natural materials.
SMART Design Custom's products are available for purchase 24/7; however, orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Please note if an order is placed on the weekend your order may not be processed until the next business day.
