    At SMART Design Custom, we don't just assemble furniture. Each individual item begins with the purchase of the raw materials followed by the building and finishing based on each customer's specific requirements. You dream it, we build it!
  • Are all of your products made locally?
    100% of SMART Design Custom's products are made right here in Ontario.
  • Does the wood you use come from sustainable foresting?
    At SMART Design Custom we are committed to giving preference to suppliers who purchase their wood from forests managed in a responsible way.
  • Do you ship your product?
    A selection of our products are available for shipping within Canada. Shipping details will be indicated on each individual product.
  • I don't live in Canada, can I still purchase your product?"
    Although most of our items are shipped in Canada we're happy to make arrangements to ship internationally. Please contact us at for more information.
  • Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
    All products are final sale. Should you receive a shipment that is damaged we would be happy to look into this for you. Please contact us at within 7 business days of receiving the package.
  • When do I pay for my order?
    Because all SMART Design Custom products are made-to-order, payment is required upfront when placing your order.
  • Will the stain look exactly like the picture?
    Every effort has been made to represent the true colours found in our photos; however, slight variations may occur as we work with natural materials.
  • Can I order on the weekend or on a holiday?
    SMART Design Custom's products are available for purchase 24/7; however, orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please note if an order is placed on the weekend your order may not be processed until the next business day.
  • Is there any assembly required?
    All SMART Design Custom products come fully assembled. No tools required, just pick up and enjoy!
